• Product Descriptions: We strive to ensure that all details, descriptions, and images of products appearing on the website are accurate. However, we do not warrant that the product descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged for an order will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Prices are inclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable.

• Availability: All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to impose quantity limits on any order, to reject all or part of an order, and to discontinue products without notice.

3. Orders, Payment, and Billing

• Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept, decline, or limit your order for any reason.

• Payment: We accept various forms of payment as indicated at checkout. You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method utilized in connection with any transaction.

• Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment method details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Our shipping and delivery practices are outlined in our Sale & Delivery Guarantee.

• Shipping: We will ship your order to the address you provide during the checkout process. Estimated delivery times are provided for your convenience but are not guaranteed.

• Risk of Loss: The risk of loss and title for items purchased from us pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

• Damaged or Lost Items: In the event of a damaged or lost shipment, please refer to our Sale & Delivery Guarantee for the procedure to follow.

5. Returns and Refunds

Our return policy is part of our Sale & Delivery Guarantee.

• You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Items must be returned in their original product packaging, with all accessories included.

• We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

6. User Accounts

To access certain features of the site, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Tech Shop or its content suppliers and is protected by Kenyan and international copyright laws. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tech Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; and (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall the aggregate liability of Tech Shop exceed the amount you paid us for the product giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tech Shop and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
